1) 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused (unworn, uninstalled, and not operated)

In the same condition as received

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags/labels (where applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To initiate a return, email info@mirrormapper.com
 with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and provide instructions on where and how to return the item.

All returns must be sent to Melbourne, Australia in accordance with the RMA instructions.
Items returned without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to sender.

If a return is accepted, we may provide a return shipping label and/or specific shipping instructions (as applicable).

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mirrormapper.com
 so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable remedy.

5) Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Custom / special order items or personalised products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or items restricted for transport

Gift cards

Sale/clearance items (unless required by law)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before submitting a return request.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to:

Request a return for the original item (subject to approval), and

Place a new order for the replacement item.

7) European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without providing justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise and display the refund.
