MirrorMapper Pty Ltd (“MirrorMapper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and other relevant information.


Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.


Shipping Carrier

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery within Australia generally takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including public holidays, remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel weight and dimensions

  • Delivery destination

Australia Post’s standard rates apply. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and Australian public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST), or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Tracking Your Order

Where available, Australia Post provides tracking for your shipment. Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. MirrorMapper is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with carrier policies.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g. no safe place, incorrect address, or unclaimed parcel), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
